Under section 24(c) of FIFRA, Ohio can provide registration for additional uses of federally registered pesticides to meet a Special Local Need (SLN) if registration for the special use has not previously been denied, disapproved, or canceled by the US EPA. The following products have been approved for an additional use in Ohio. The SLN label and the container label must be in the possession of the user at the time of pesticide application.
