Hazardous Waste
Not all pesticides are designated hazardous waste. A pesticide destined for disposal is considered hazardous if it is not excluded from regulation in Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) rule 3745-51-04(B) and it exhibits a characteristic of hazardous waste or is listed in OAC rules 3745-51-30 to 3745-51-33.
