Wood-Destroying Insect Inspection Training (for Category 12) Wednesday, July 28 This program is an online webinar and will meet the mandatory training for licensing in the Wood-Destroying Insect Inspection (Category 12) as required under the Ohio regulation. Training is conducted by the Ohio Pesticide Safety Education Program, Ohio State University Extension, and the Ohio Department of Agriculture, Pesticide and Fertilizer Section. This training program provides an overview of pesticide safety information. The morning session covers core topics. The afternoon sessions will review Ornamental Weed Control (Category 6c). Attendees will then choose between Industrial Vegetation (Category 5) and Turf (Category 8) for the final afternoon session.
