Cancellation Policy
$25 processing fee per registrant for any cancellation, including purchase orders. Refund requests must be made by the program date. Registration can be transferred to any 2026 recertification program. $30 fee for returned checks. Contact Valerie at Recertification Specialists at 740-293-5598 for transfers and cancellations.
