Transferring, Cancellation and Refund Policies:
$25 processing fee per registrant for any cancellation, including POs. Refund requests must be made by the day after each conference. Registration can be transferred to any 2024 recertification program. $30 fee for returned checks. Contact Valerie at Recertification Specialists at 740-624-2405 for transfers and cancellations.
