We have limited ability to troubleshoot technical issues for each attendee. If you are unable to access or utilize the appropriate technology, you will be unable to participate in our online programming. Please use the guidelines below to determine if online recertification is right for you.
Online (Self-Paced and Webinar) Requirements
- An email address that you can access regularly
(Not a shared or office email—must be able to receive confirmations and updates) - Reliable internet connection
(Enough bandwidth to stream video and access course materials) - An updated web browser
(Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge—updated within the last 2 years) - Basic computer skills
(Ability to open links, download files, and navigate websites) - Access to audio (speakers or headphones)

Webinar-Specific Requirements
- Ability to join Zoom or other webinar platforms
(May require downloading an app or using browser-based access) - An email address that you can access regularly - MANDATORY
(Not a shared or office email—must be able to receive confirmations and updates) - Ability to participate in polls or Q&A
(Some webinars may include interactive components) - Join on time and stay for the full duration
(Attendance tracking may be based on login/logout times)
