Where can I find the link to the webinar room?

When you register, be sure to provide a valid email address for each participant. A link to the webinar room will be emailed to you the week before the webinar. The app can be downloaded for free at the  Zoom Download Center: zoom.us/download

What do I need to log in to the webinar?

Our webinars are held in zoom. We recommend that you download the zoom application. Important features, including viewing the powerpoints, are not always available in the browser version.

Can my coworker and I watch on the same screen?

Each participant will need to view the webinar on their own device. Throughout the day, we will be reading recertification codes. We will also be utilizing the polling feature to track attendance. We will provide a link to a recertification form at lunch and at the conclusion of the day. In order for use to track your participation and for you to fill out the recertificaiton form, you will need your own device. We recommend a desktop, laptop, or large-screened tablet.

Do I need a camera?

You will not need a webcam to participate in our recertification webinars. We will be tracking attendance with the zoom polling feature. You must use the zoom application (instead of the browser version) to utilize these features.

How will you take attendance?

We will be tracking attendance with the zoom polling feature. You must use the zoom application (instead of the browser version) to utilize these features.

How will I fill out the recertification form?

We will read codes after each session. Before lunchtime and at the conclusion of the day, we will give you a link to a recertification form. You will fill out your information, including your applicator ID number, and the codes of the sessions you attended. You need only to fill it out once.
