To be licensed in Category 12 (wood-destroying insect inspection)
Must obtain commercial pesticide applicator license - for procedure on obtaining a license, click here. You will be taking the Core exam for the licensing requirement.
Must take mandatory 5-hour training for Category 12. The class is currently offered twice a year.
Must take the Category 12 test after completing the 5-hour training
