These classes are to help applicators prepare for the following exams:

The morning session also qualifies as Trained Serviceperson training.

2013 classes will be taught at the Ohio Dept. of Ag., 8995 E. Main St., Reynoldsburg, OH 43068.

Class Schedule:

8:30 a.m.- Registration Begins (coffee & doughnuts available)

9:00 a.m. - Morning Session Begins (Core & Trained Serviceperson)

The class will also review Core material for the applicators planning to take the Core exam. The morning class will cover the requirements to become a Trained Serviceperson.

12:15 p.m. - Completion of Core and Trained Service Person Training

12:15 p.m. - LUNCH (box lunch included, if pre-registered)

1:00 p.m. - Afternoon Session Begins (Categories 8, 6c, 5 & 2c)

The afternoon class provides an overview of concepts that are a significant portion of the exams for turf, ornamental weed, industrial vegetation, and agricultural weed (categories 8, 6c, 5, and 2c). Some application calculations (5, 2c) will also be covered, along with other turf pests (8).

3:30 p.m. - Adjourn & Take Exams
